Hal Jones. Hal’s work in journalism has taken him to seventy countries on five continents. He was senior correspondent for CBC in London, Moscow and Washington. Hal has also been seen and heard on CNN, NPR, the BBC and Australia’s ABC. Born in British India and educated in Great Britain, he began his career with newspapers in England and Canada. He has met or interviewed several heads of state including US Presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan and Bush. Hal divides his time between his home and assignments in Europe and Stratford, Ontario.

Dr. Allan Bonner. Allan’s career in journalism was almost evenly divided between the network and local level, the public and private sector, and radio and TV. Allan anchored major news programs from CBC Vancouver to the Maritimes, culminating in his work on The National News and Morningside. He was also Canadian correspondent the RKO radio networks in the US. His writes a regular column for America’s largest circulation political magazine, Winning Campaigns, and is regularly published in major papers in Calgary, Toronto and Ottawa. He was a commentator on the 2006 Canadian election for Newsworld’s “Politics”, Global, BBC, The National, and NBC Nightly News. Allan is based in Toronto.

Bill Akerley. Former legislative reporter for CHSJ TV in New Brunswick, radio station manager and bureau chief, Bill also managed CBC radio news in Quebec during the 1980 referendum. Bill served as Executive Assistant to three CBC Presidents. He is certified as an instructor in emergency planning, management and procedures. Bill is Ottawa-based.
