The Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers is a national not-for-profit association founded in 1962. The association's mission is to further the unique interests of Canada's independent and franchised grocers. CFIG is a strong and united voice for Canada's independent community and is heard at all levels of government, manufacturers, distributors and industry association partners. CFIG offers retail member programs, industry and government relations and business support.
CFIG presents Grocery Innovations Canada, Canada's premier grocery industry conference and trade show, and Grocery Showcase West, CFIG's Spring trade show and conference. These events are considered a must-attend by key industry players.
