Horizons Housing for Youth A 35-bed co-ed emergency youth shelter and short-term housing program for 16- to 24-year-olds. Offering services in a safe, supportive environment, we also help young people take responsibility for their lives, make positive choices, and establish themselves in the community. Partially funded by government and United Way, Horizons fundraises 25-30% of costs. Operates 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
