New Art Studio/Gallery/School Opening
7 Artists Exhibit at Studio 1234

Opening reception to be held August 10 & 11, 2007

Toronto artist Lucinda Knowlton will be opening Studio 1234 – a studio/art school/gallery – with an opening reception and exhibition. The opening exhibition features the work of seven Canadian artists. Studio 1234 is located at 1234 College Street, Toronto M6H 1C2.

Entitled Canadian art - a cross-section of things to come, the exhibition features over 25 paintings and drawings created by Canadian artists representing a small cross-section of Canadian painting styles. Works featured in the opening show include abstract, academic realist, contemporary, figurative, still-life, landscape, and Native art.

Studio 1234 opens Friday, August 10, 2007 at 7:00 pm. Artwork will be on display from August 10 - August 31. Opening receptions will be held August 10 and 11 from 7 - 10 pm.

Artists participating in the show are: David Gluck, Shirley Krayden, Joey Nicholson, James Ridyard, Kate Stone, Louis (The Hunter), and Lucinda Knowlton.
