Limited Number of Day Passes Available for
Niagara Wine & Food Classic

Niagara Falls, Ontario - Today organizers for the Niagara Wine & Food Classic opened day passes sales to the three day international wine and food event taking place September 10-12 2004 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

For those visitors unable to devote an entire weekend to the event a limited amount of Saturday and Sunday Day Passes are available. The day passes will provide the visitor with the opportunity to 'sample' the Classic, and take with them a unique, educational, delicious and fun experience!

The Saturday Day Pass at $130.00 (plus GST/person) includes:

  • Your choice of five one hour sessions of educational seminars and demonstrations that include such talents as:
    Sara Moulton - Gourmet Magazine;
    Susur Lee - Susur, Toronto;
    Tony de Luca - Hillebrand Estates Winery Restaurant, Niagara on the Lake;
    Ris Lacoste - 1789, Washington;
    Rick Moonen, rm, New York;
    Arnold Eric Wong - Eos & Bacar, San Francisco;
    Parise Milligan, Starbucks;
    Michael Fagan, Food & Drink Magazine's 'Matchmaker';
    Steve Thurlow, Wine Access Magazine;
    Chris Waters, Wine Writer, Vines Magazine;
    John Schreiner, Author & Wine Writer;
    Michael Green, Gourmet Magazine

  • Grand Tasting featuring over 24 Wineries (local and international) and 14 Culinary stations, including Savour Ontario Hands on Cooking Demonstrations.

  • The Sunday Day Pass at $95.00 (plus GST/person) includes:

  • Toast of Niagara on the Maid of the Mist Steamboat

  • Two one hour sessions of your choice of educational seminars/demonstrations that include such talents as:
