Abstract: This brief brochure briefly shows SPEC's (Canadian Scientific and Environmental Control Society) objectives, its past and present activities and areas of environmental concern that it plans to be involved in the future. SPEC aims to provide a forum within the organization for debate on environmental matters and to generate through this debate a reasoned and positive response to issues. SPEC also equips groups and individuals with aid and information on environmental issues.
