Description: The Marion Porter Prize-- Awarded for the most significant feminist research article from a journal or anthology published in English or French in the previous 12 months. The Robertine Barry Prize-- Awarded for the best feminist article or column in the popular print media published in English or French in the previous 12 months. Laura Jamieson Prize-- Awarded for best non-fiction feminist book by a Canadian Author. This prize is offered in both official languages in alternate years, thus: the 2003 award will be offered to the best book published in 2001/02 in English; the 2004 award will be offered to best book published in 2002/03 in French.
Further Details: Please send your nominations accompanied by a statement of three or four sentences about why you are making the nomination. Photocopies of the article must accompany the nomination. Check the website for further details.
