Health Nexus (formerly the Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse) enables communities, organizations and individuals to promote health by helping them to develop and implement prevention and health promotion strategies, to enhance well-being and improve population health. Our three strategic areas of focus are: early child development, chronic disease prevention and health equity.
Nexus Santé (anciennement le Centre Ontarien d'information en prévention) renforce la capacité des collectivités, des organismes et des particuliers de promouvoir la santé. Nous aidons à élaborer et à mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de prévention et de promotion de la santé afin d'accroître le bien-être et la santé de la population. Nos trois secteurs d'intérêt sont le développement de la petite enfance, la prévention des maladies chroniques et l'équité dans le domaine des soins de santé.
