Description: The Chinthe Award will be presented to the journalist whose piece, in English or French, is judged to best meet the criteria. A runner-up and second runner-up will also be named.
Further Details: An article in context as well as in manuscript will assist the judges in their decision. Short articles or columns are welcome. Broadcast pieces are welcome, but must be accompanied by a script.
