Dateline Hong Kong Fellowship Deadline: August, annually
Eligibility: Working journalists are invited to apply for this opportunity to acquaint themselves with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China. Each application must include a resume, a written proposal outlining what is to be achieved, and a written statement of support including a letter of intent from the editor/producer to broadcast/publish the stories/articles in the respective newspaper, magazine, radio or television station.
Value: Two fellowships will be awarded. Each consists of a package including a business class return ticket between Canada and Hong Kong, six nights' hotel accomodation inclusive of taxes, service charges, breakfast, and round-trip airport transfer. Participants may extend this period at their own expense.
