Blindspots and Double Standards Deadline: December 1, annually
Eligibility: NewsWatch Canada (formerly Project Censored Canada) undertakes independent research on the Quality, Diversity, and Independence of Canada's news media. The project focuses on identifying blindspots and double standards, as well as areas of strength, at a time of growing media concentration and restrictions on newsgathering resources. We invite comments, and articles which highlight significant double standards or blind spots in the Canadian news media for study in the spring semester.
