The Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) is the collective voice of public transit in Canada. CUTA's mission is to strengthen public transit's contribution to the quality of life, environment, health, mobility and economic development of Canadian communities, and to help members fulfill their mandates.

CUTA represents the public transit community in Canada and engages in a multitude of activities in support of its mission and goals. These include conferences, training, public affairs, awards, exhibitions, technical services, research, statistics and government relations.
