Federal Superannuates National Association FSNA, established in 1963, is a not-for-profit national organization representing some 120,000 retirees from the Federal Public Service, Canadian Forces and RCMP. Its purpose is to protect the rights and interests of federal retirees (superannuates) and their survivors, particularly full indexation of their pensions.
