Oilexco Incorporated has worked in Iraq since 1997 under the United Nations Oil-for-Food program. In 2000, Arthur S. Millholland received the YMCA Peace Medal for his humanitarian work in bringing food and medicine to the peoples of Iraq and his ongoing efforts to have the U.S. imposed sanctions removed.
