Eco-Friendly Entrepreneurs Revolutionizing Business Practices
TORONTO, ON – As a part of entrepreneur month, on May 27th Company of Women is hosting an Eco-Friendly Business Panel, an evening event at the Verity Club featuring three young women eco-entrepreneurs who have chosen to run ecologically sound businesses.
On the panel is Jo Alcorn who designs her own line of environmentally friendly furniture and has had her work featured on HGTV; Sally Reijerse, President and co-founder of Sallart Studios who provides ecologically responsible products and services, as well as Jacqueline Sava, President and co-founder of Soak Wash Inc. who provides biodegradable washing solutions for cashmere and other fine fibres.
"It is exciting to see young women take the lead and we are looking forward to hearing their stories and learning from their experiences." said Anne Day, founder of Company of Women.
Eco-Friendly Business takes place from 5:30 – 9:00p.m. The evening will consist of networking opportunities, a cash bar and dinner prior to the speakers′ presentations about their individual entrepreneurial experiences and practices, as well as lessons they have learned along the way.
