Ein Peniskäfig oder eine Keuschheitsschelle ist ein Sexspielzeug
zur Fesselung bzw. zum teilweisen Entzug der Selbstkontrolle über
die männlichen Genitalien. Es wird im Rahmen von BDSM-Aktivitäten
eingesetzt.

Die Fessel besteht aus einem oft metallenen Rohrabschnitt, der
über den Penis gezogen, fixiert und symbolisch mit einem kleinen
Schloss so gesichert wird, dass er vom Träger nicht wieder
entfernt werden kann, ohne das zuvor vereinbarte Verbot nachweislich
zu übertreten. Dem Träger des Peniskäfigs soll dadurch
der Zugriff auf sein Geschlechtsteil entzogen werden. Alle geschlechtlichen
Handlungen sollen von dem Partner, der den Schlüssel besitzt
(Keyholder), kontrollierbar sein. Beispielsweise soll die Absicht
verdeutlicht werden, dass dem devoten Partner fremde sexuelle Kontakte
verboten sind oder dass er nicht ohne das Wissen und Beisein des
dominanten Partners masturbieren darf.
Die Dauer des Spiels hängt vom gegenseitigen Einvernehmen
der Partner ab. Im Extremfall liegt eine sogenannte "Never-inside-Beziehung"
vor. Manchmal werden Zeitpunkte für sexuelle Betätigungen
vereinbart, wie beispielsweise ein "Erleichterungstag".
Oft wird die Bestimmung darüber dem "Keyholder" überlassen,
der mit seinen Entscheidungen belohnen oder bestrafen kann, indem
dem Mann Masturbation oder Prostata-Stimulation zum orgasmuslosen
Samenerguss erlaubt wird. Zur Befriedigung ihrer sexuellen Bedürfnisse
hat die Frau mitunter einen weiteren Geliebten, über den der
Träger der Keuschheitsschelle informiert sein kann. Falls dies
der Fall ist, wird er mitunter als Cuckold bezeichnet.
Ein Problem dieses Spiels ist die Hygiene. Der Käfig muss
deshalb bei der täglichen Körperreinigung vom Penis entfernt
und selbst auch gereinigt werden. Davon unabhängig kann längeres
Tragen zu Wundreiben und Infektionen führen.
