Eligibility: A manuscript that has made the rounds of commercial publishers without being accepted. All entrants must be nominated by an editor with a formal letter of nomination. Manuscripts may be on any topic, fiction or non-fiction, by a published or unpublished author.
Value: $1,000 (US) and publication with national promotion.
