The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario (MDAO) is a self-help, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with mood disorders (i.e. depression or bipolar disorder), their families and friends through volunteer-led peer support groups, public education, telephone information and support, educational materials and distinguished speakers. All MDAO services are free.
