A volunteer-driven, non-profit organization established in 1991 to fund Canadian research into improving the prevention, detection and treatment of breast cancer and to ultimately finding a cure for the disease women fear most. Funding for research projects on breast cancer is provided to the Canadian Breast Cancer Research Alliance and the London Health Sciences Regional Cancer Program as well as for small individual grants.
