OSSTF/FEESO welcomes media inquiries on both educational and social issues. Founded in 1919, it represents 60,000 members across Ontario. They include public high school teachers, occasional teachers, educational assistants, early childhood educators, continuing education teachers and instructors, psychologists, secretaries, speech-language pathologists, social workers, plant support personnel, attendance counsellors, university support staff, and many others in education. The federation is internationally known for leadership in educational research, curriculum development and political action.
