About the Book:
When exuberant pup, Dara Barker sets off with her family on a special
outing to a restaurant in a land far, far away, things don't go
quite according to plan. She is excited to go to eat her favourite
food, spaghetti and meatballs and spumoni ice-cream. However, at
the restaurant, things don't go according to plan. Dara discovers
that wonderful feelings can come out of "upsetting" incidents.
Another Order, Please! is a cheerfully and colourfully illustrated
book, by Brenda McKinney, for young readers, ages 3 to 11, and for
open-hearted adults and animal lovers.
When asked why Catherine wants to donated « the net proceeds,
Catherine said, "a personal experience brought my compassion
and empathy to children, animals and their families to a much deeper
level. I wish to give back in a way that brings joy and happiness
to others."
