TORONTO, Ontario: Organic Advocates presents the 15th annual Feast of Fields Sunday, September 12th, 2004 at Glen Rouge Park, Toronto, Ontario.
Ontario's Top Chefs present organic appetizers!
Leading Chefs Jamie Kennedy and Michael Stadtalnder will be joined by a host of other chefs from : The Belworth House, The Big Carrot, Crush Wine Bar, Daniel's of Nobleton, Fat Cat Bistro, Haldimand Hills Spa, Inn on the Twenty Restaurant, Live, Mildred Pierce Restaurant, Monsoon Restaurant, Noce, Osgoode Hall, Pulp Kitchen, Platinum Catering Company, Renaissance Toronto Hotel at Skydome, Truffles at the Four Seasons, The York Club and YYZ Restaurant to name a few.

Prior to the Feast - join the forum / press conference with keynote speaker Dr. David Suzuki. This panel discussion will present an indepth review of wild versus farmed fishing - specifically salmon.
