Dr. Woodruff, a specialist in body movement and longevity, addresses "The fiction of fitness"—ideas about fitness and function at the gym and elsewhere. "I′m interested in broadening our awareness of exercise so that everyone can move well and feel better for all their years on the planet. On the program I use stories and experiences from 25 years of working with clients. People come to me for help from injuries, pain, strokes, technical problems with sport, dance, skating.
Any problem of body use can be further understood by analyzing the movement and creating a restorative program" says Dr. Woodruff.
The host program is Glenn Brooks′s "Vibrant Living" with a talk and phone-in format. KKNW 1150 AM is an Alternative Talk station. It has an affluent, educated and health conscious audience of about 20,000 listeners. The 10, 000 watt station is a CNN affiliate covering Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma and Vancouver. KKNW is the number 12 radio market in the USA.
