Music for Young Children (MYC) is an entry-level music education program of the highest quality for children between the ages of 3 and 8. In MYC children of the same age meet in groups of four to six for one hour weekly, each child accompanied by a parent. Through singing, keyboard activities and rhythm ensembles, children are introduced to note reading, dynamics and the language of music. MYC instructors are specially trained private music teachers who enjoy working with young children. MYC also has a nursery school and an adult program.
