Talent Identification Program/Canada (TIP/Canada)
Duke University TIP is a non-profit educational organization with extensive international connections, and an established record of providing learning opportunities for gifted learners, with commitment to facilitating minority participation. TIP/Canada was established by the Department of Human Development and Applied Psychology at OISE/UT in 1996-97 to provide Canadian students with similar opportunities and links with this global network. TIP/Canada identifies exceptional domain-specific abilities at early adolescence, and supports their development through summer and weekend courses, and online learning activities.
