PITCHfest, LAUNCHfest Contests to Debut at DOMAINfest Global 2010 Conference

December 6, 2009

DomainSponsor®, the domain monetization division of Oversee.net®, announced today that PITCHfest(TM) AND LAUNCHfest(TM) will debut at its fourth annual DOMAINfest Global® (DFG) conference, scheduled for January 26-28, 2010 in Santa Monica, California.

The PITCHfest contest will uncover new, innovative products or services designed to enhance the value of parked or developed domain names by driving increased traffic and/or revenue.

In this fun, rapid-fire session, up to five hand-picked finalists will present a five-minute summary of their ideas to the DOMAINfest audience and a panel of expert judges. The prize -- the DOMAINfest Global 2010 PITCHfest Service Innovator trophy -- will be awarded for the idea with the most creativity, viability, originality, and revenue potential. All finalists will have the benefit of presenting their product or service to DFG's audience of domain investors/owners and online marketers eager to find ways to enhance the value of their domain name properties.

Individuals or businesses interested in entering the PITCHfest competition can find contest rules and an online submission form at http://www.domainfest.com/PITCHfest. Entries are restricted to U.S. residents, and must be received by January 15, 2010.

The LAUNCHfest contest will reward the most innovative and viable plan for building an online business around one of ten undeveloped, premium domain names made available by Oversee.net.

Contestants will select one name, as listed on the contest site, and submit an online application with key business plan elements. Up to five entries will be selected as LAUNCHfest finalists. Finalists will present a five-minute summary of their business plans to the DOMAINfest audience and a panel of expert judges during the LAUNCHfest session. Judging will be based on creativity, viability, originality, and revenue potential.

The LAUNCHfest winner will have the opportunity to develop their business at the domain, subject to a pre-determined lease arrangement. Oversee.net will waive the first year of the lease payments to help the winner focus his/her cash flow on launching and growing the business. The winner has the right to lease the chosen domain name for five years for the annual rate shown on the contest site. At any point during the five-year lease, the winner will be able to purchase the domain name for a pre-determined price.

Individuals or businesses interested in submitting an entry into the LAUNCHfest competition can find contest rules and an online submission form at http://www.domainfest.com/LAUNCHfest. Entries are restricted to U.S. residents, and must be received by January 15, 2010.

CONTESTS begin at 12:00:00 pm (noon) (pT) on 11/20/09. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 am (pT) on 1/15/10. See official rules available at www.domainfest.com/launchfest and www.domainfest.com/pitchfest for entry instructions and prize details and terms. Contests open to individual legal residents of the United States who are the age of majority or older in their respective states of residence as of 11/20/09. Additional terms and restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.
