Telling Her Story: Speaker Series

GUELPH, ON – On October 14th at the Guelph Delta Hotel, as a part of the Company of Women Rogers sponsored speaker series, `Telling Her Story′ is the second of three `Connect, Communicate, Create′ series events featuring Cora Tsouflidou, Founder of Cora′s Breakfast and Lunch.

Cora will share how she turned her small business in to a big business success story in a matter of years. A single parent with three teenager children to raise, Cora began in 1987 by buying a non-operational snack bar, which 12 years later became a Canada-wide restaurant with over 100 franchises.

"Cora′s initiative, perseverance, self-confidence and boundless energy have been the major contributors to her success," said Anne Day, President and Founder of Company of Women, "in the business world; Cora is the best example of a self-made business woman, and thus she has a lot of knowledge to share."

Tickets to this event are $30 plus GST for Company of Women members and $40 plus GST for non-members. Each series event is from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. To purchase tickets to the entire series, the cost is $80 plus GST for members and $110 plus GST for non-members.
